VE Sessions are conducted at the Emory Fire Station, 1205 W Lennon Dr Emory, TX 75440
The tests will generally be given after the club's meeting and we can also schedule during the week. Be sure to contact the club ahead of time so the examiner knows what to expect and to allow for scheduling issues.
The sessions take 15-20 minutes; examinees will be required to get a FRN number from the FCC prior to taking the test. Examinees are encouraged to study for both the Technician and General licences and take practice tests online, like the ones at QRZ.com.
